TKG Founder and NAMA MD, Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar, Commends President Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris on Rescue of Abducted Kebbi Schoolgirls
The Founder of TKG and Managing Director of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar, (Danmajen Gwandu /Gamjin Kabi) has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu, for their swift and coordinated response leading to the rescue of the abducted Kebbi schoolgirls.
Speaking from Saudi Arabia, where he is performing Umrah, Engr. Farouk thanked Almighty Allah for the safe return of the children, noting that the rescue reflects divine mercy and effective national leadership. He commended the President’s decisive directives and the Governor’s active engagement throughout the crisis.
He also acknowledged the Honourable Minister of State for Defence, Mohammed Bello Matawalle, and the security forces under Operation FANSAN Yamma for their professionalism, courage, and well-executed operation that ensured the girls’ safe release.
Engr. Farouk called for unity among political leaders in Kebbi State and the North-West, urging them to work together—beyond party lines—to strengthen security and safeguard communities. He stressed that lasting development depends on peace, stability, and collective responsibility.
He prayed for the healing of the rescued schoolgirls and asked Allah to grant continued wisdom and success to President Tinubu and Governor Idris as they work to restore peace and development in Kebbi State, the North-West, and the nation.
