NAMA Boss, Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar, Joins Dignitaries at Emir of Gwandu’s Palace for Turbaning Ceremony

The Managing Director of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar (Danmajen Gwandu, Gamjin Kabi), was among the distinguished personalities who attended the Turbaning Ceremony of newly appointed titleholders at the Palace of the Emir of Gwandu, His Royal Highness, Major General Muhammad Iliyasu Bashar (Rtd.), in Birnin Kebbi.

Engr. Farouk, who graced the colorful event in the company of close associates, friends, and aides, commended the Emir of Gwandu for his visionary leadership and enduring commitment to unity, discipline, and cultural preservation within the Emirate.

He applauded the Emirate Council for recognizing individuals of integrity and service, noting that such recognition reflects the Emir’s dedication to community growth and moral excellence. Engr. Farouk also urged the newly turbaned titleholders to uphold the virtues of honesty, humility, and responsibility in their service to the Emirate and humanity.

As a proud son of the Gwandu Emirate and a titleholder of Danmajen Gwandu, Engr. Farouk has consistently demonstrated deep respect for the Emirate’s royal institution and its long-standing traditions.
