Eid-el-Maulud: NAMA Boss, Engr. Ahmed Umar Farouk, Felicitates Muslim Ummah
The Managing Director of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), Engr. Ahmed Umar Farouk, FNSE, MCOREN, NPOM (Danmajen Gwandu, Gamjin Kabi), has congratulated the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria and across the globe on the celebration of Eid-el-Maulud, which commemorates the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

The NAMA boss, speaking on behalf of his family and the management and staff of NAMA, described the day as a reminder of the Prophet’s enduring legacy of humility, compassion, justice, tolerance, honesty, and devotion to Allah (SWT).

He cited the Qur’anic verse:
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.” (Surah Al-Anbiya 21:107)

The NAMA boss further recalled the Prophet’s teaching as recorded in the Hadith:
“The best among you are those who have the best manners and character.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

Engr. Farouk urged Nigerians, especially the people of Kebbi State and the aviation community, to emulate these virtues in their daily lives, noting that unity and peaceful coexistence are essential for the nation’s progress.

“As we celebrate, let us strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and continue to work together for a more peaceful, prosperous, and united Nigeria,” he said.
He prayed that Allah (SWT) would accept the prayers and acts of worship of the faithful, and grant peace, stability, and development to Kebbi State, Nigeria, and the aviation sector.

Eid Mubarak to you all, Engr. Farouk concluded.
