BREAKING: Few weeks Ahead of Her Official Confirmation As First Jaruman Yauri; Hon. Halima Emerges National Women Leader of Zabarmawa Ethnic Groups

Former Two-Times member Federal House of Representatives representing Yauri/Shanga/Ngaski federal constituency and currently Special Adviser to Kebbi State Governor; Hon. Halima Hassan Tukur Yauri emerged National Women Leader of Zabarmawa Ethnic Groups in Nigeria.
This elevation came few weeks to her official confirmation as First Jaruman Yauri to be performed by his Royal Highness the Emir of Yauri, Dr. Zayyanu Muhammad Abdullahi (CON) scheduled for Saturday 27th April, 2025.
Hon. Halima Hassan is the biological daughter of late first Republic Senator Bala Tafidan Yauri ( a prominent Zabarmawa Ethnic Groups Leader) hence the decision of National leadership of Zabarmawa ethnic groups to recognize and appoint her as National Women Leader.

Confirming her appointment, the Sarkin Zabarmawa of Nigeria, Sarki Aliyu said he is confident that Hon. Halima is equal to the task.
In her acceptance speech, Hon. Halima pledged to do anything humanly possible to justify the confidence repose on her by the national leadership of Zabarmawa ethnic groups.
She used the occasion and thanked Sarki Aliyu for finding her worthy for the position and promised to use her wealth of experience to bring development to the Zabarmawa family especially the women folks.

The ceremony which took place at Palace of Sarkin Zabarmawa Aliyu in Lagos State, witnessed the present of many traditional titles holders, successful business men, politicians of Zabarmawa ethnic groups.
