2027: NO VACANCY IN KEBBI GOVT HOUSE: Dan-Majen Gwandu Dismisses One Term Gentleman Agreement Rumour...says it contradicts constitution of Nigeria if any

The founder of TINUBU, KAURAN GWANDU SUPPORT GROUP (TKG) and Managing Director Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) Engineer Ahmad Umar Farouk (Dan Majen Gwandu), once again exercised his constitutional right of expression on political development in Kebbi State.

He particularly responded to a rumour been circulated that His Excellency Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) reached one term gentleman agreement with a prominent personality ahead of 2023 gubernatorial election.

Dan-majen Gwandu said the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria provided  two terms of 4 years for the office of the President and Governors, therefore neither gentleman agreement nor duress agreement can over rule the provision of constitution.

He also added that such illegal pact if true contradicts the cardinal principle of democracy and can also be interpreted as insult to people of Kebbi State.

His words;; " Those spreading the rumour of a gentleman agreement of one term tenure are advised to perish the thought because if any, it remains a pact not known to the citizens of Kebbi State or recognised by any principles of democracy" .

Dan Majen Gwandu then proceeded to passed a non- appeal judgment " To this end, I wish to categorically declare that there is no vacancy (in Kebbi Government House) come 2027. He concluded

Recalled, some people in Kebbi State spread rumour of single term pact between His Excellency Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) and one prominent personality ahead of 2023 general election.

Finding by Kebbi-Trust revealed that there is no iota of true in that rumour because many key associates of such prominent personality referring to, were interviewed by this medium and they all disproved such agreement and ask all the responsible Kebbians to disregard it.
