"KAURAN GWANDU HAS SET UP A NEW BENCHMARK FOR GOVERNANCE IN KEBBI STATE" Dan-Majen Gwandu Crowns Gov. Idris as father of modern Kebbi

The Managing Director, Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) Engineer Ahmad Umar Farouk (Dan Majen Gwandu) rated Kebbi State Governor, His Excellency Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) as the best Governor so far produced in the history of Kebbi State.

Dan-Majen Gwandu pity who ever succeeded Governor Idris after expiration of his 8 years term on the ground that the benchmark for governance created by Governor Idris in Kebbi State might be difficult to fill in the future.

His word "You will all agree with me that Kauran Gwandu has set up a new benchmark for governance in Kebbi State, which might be difficult to fill in the future but certainly not impossible" 

This mean Governor Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) can be regarded as father of modern Kebbi State.

 Dan-Majen Gwandu's assessment can vividly be verified on the fact that in less than first half of his administration, Governor Idris successfully completed inherited legacy projects and also initiated new ones most of which are either completed or at completion stage.

Some of the completed inherited legacy projects were State new Secretariat, Birnin Kebbi township roads to mention but only few.

On the part of new projects initiated by Kaura's administration included Yauri township road, mega schools, modern motor park, renovation of hospitals and hundreds of primary and secondary schools via SUBEB and AGILE programs  among others.
