Gov. Idris Confirmed Habibu Muhammad Sabi Kamba...

The Executive Governor of Kebbi State His Excellency Dr. Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu has on Wednesday 31/07/2024 confirmed the appointment of Alhaji Habibu Muhammad Sabi Kamba (Sa'in Dandi) as substantive permanent Secretary, Sir Ahmadu Bello International Airport Birnin Kebbi.

In a press statement issued by the Chief Press  Secretary to Kebbi State Governor, Ahmad Idris also confirmed the appointment of others new permanent Secretaries and repost of others.

Inline with the present administration's mission and vision in fulfilling its campaign promises, the Executive Governor of Kebbi State, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris has approved the appointment of new permanent Secretaries with their portfolios.

The Governor described the appointment of the new permanent secretaries as part of commitment to
confirm all the Acting appointment
 and restructure the state civil service.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Head of Service, Alhaji Safiyanu Garba-Bena and made available to Newsmen in Birnin Kebbi on Wednesday.

He said the new permanent secretaries were posted to various ministries, while some serving perm-secs were reposted. 

The Head of service listed the perm-secs and their portfolios to include; Aisha Usman, Ministry of Budget, Malami Muhammad Shekare, Mni, Ministry of Water Resources, Dahiru Zaki from Cabinet Office to Government House, Aishatu M. Maikurata, from Ministry of Women Affairs to Ministry for Local Government, Ahmad Yarima, Ministry Commerce, Kudirat Shu'aibu Diri, Ministry of Environment, Suleiman Sani Augie, General Administration and Saidu Buhari Wara, Ministry of Information and Culture. 

Others are; Kabiru Aliyu (SAN) Ministry of Justice, Aliyu Labaran __ Special Service Department, Abubakar Ahmad, Ministry of Lands, Dr Shehu Nuhu Koko, Ministry of Health, Mohammed Sagir Haliru, Directorate of Protocol, Abubakar Magaji Nayilwa, Ministry of Basic Education, Malami A. Maiyama, Ministry of Establishment, Dr Nasiru Garba, Cabinet Affairs, Hafsatu Ibrahim Tuni, Ministry of Physical Planning and Bello Yahaya Geza, Ministry of solid Minerals.

He listed other perm-secs as; Muhammad Umar Tilli, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Habibu Muhammad Sabi Kamba, Sir Ahmadu Bello International Airport (S.A.B.I.A,), Hussani Abdullahi Zuru, Ministry of Higher Education, Musa S. Sakaba, Ministry of Works, Umar Muhammad Koko, Ministry of Rural and Community Development, Isah Umar Gwandu, Internal Security, Dr Suwaiba Salihu, Ministry of women Affairs, Muhammad Arzika Aliero, Ministry of Transport and Renewable Energy, Kabiru Labbo Jega, Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Empowerment and Alkasim Salihu Gunabi, Ministry of Special Duties.

Others are; Aliyu Dauda Zagga, Ministry of Digital Economy, Ramatu Usman Dabai, Ministry of Animal Health, Aminu Shehu, Civil Service Commission, Faruku  Muhammad Kigo, Ministry of Finance, Muhammad A. Bala, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Ahmad Arzika Mungadi, Department of Donor Agency and multi National cooperation.

The Head of Service also said the affected officers were required to prepare comprehensive handing over notes and reports to their new stations on or before August, 7, 2024, while copies of handing over notes should be forwarded to the office of the HOS  for record purposes.
