CASE DISMISSED!: KAURA LAUGH AT LAST

Kebbi State Election Petition Tribunal Uphold the election of Dr Nasir Idiris Kauran Gwandu as dually and validly elected Governor of kebbi State.

The Governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Birnin Kebbi, has throughly dismissed PDP's case filed before it for lack of merit.

In a unanimous judgement all the 3 judges convinced that the PDP petition lacks merit it is empty as plain paper hence dismissed the petition accordingly.

The tribunal added that PDP failed to prove election irregularities and over voting as such the case dismissed.

 Tribunal also decided that the petitions that are not signed by the petitioner, lack merit and must be thrown to dust bin.

As regards to Deputy Governor's education qualifications, the tribunal satisfied with testimonial presented by the Deputy Governor and accordingly dismissed PDP's propaganda.
