 KEBBI POLITICS: WHY PDP DEFEATS APC AT THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION; WHO IS TO BLAME?

The All Progressive Congress (APC) Kebbi State Chapter has been in Intensive Care Unit(ICU) of political clinic since the time the State Governor mistakenly delegated the  government business to his inexperienced Personal Assistant ( PA), His PA tactically became superior to Deputy Governor, Speaker and members House of Assembly, Commissioners, Permanent Secretaries, Heads of MDAs  etc all were subjected to lobby the PA before they could get their constitutionally assignment done.

In addition, the said PA became the STATE TENDER BOARD, where he single handedly controls the award of contracts and HAJJ MATTERS despite existing of HAJJ AGENCY, worst of it, PA serves as the STATE APC EXCOS, in such way that only those in his white book can win the APC primary elections.

Very popular candidates were disqualified in favour of PA's unpopular candidates. Good example is KEBBI NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT where a very popular former Governor, Sa'idu Dakingari was denied a chance in favour of PA's father in law.

The PA also became the chief controller of Local Governments Funds, which is sole  responsibility of the Deputy Governor. 

Having sensed danger of these destructive decision, the wife of Governor, Dr. Zainab Shinkafi Bagudu cried out by writting an open letter which went viral calling her husband's  PA to order but all to no avail: they ask her to concentrate on her CANCER campaign that politics is not her profession.

Secondly, the inability of the Governor to construct a legacy capital projects like his preccedasors; Take former Governor Adamu Aleiro for example: he connected more than 100 towns and villages with electricity, he constructed Phase 2 State Secretiriate, the presidential lodge, the school of Nursing, the State University, the State Airport and granted total financial autonomy to local government which resulted in wider circulation of wealth in Kebbi State.

Former Governor Sa'idu Dakingari connected more than 100 towns and villages with tar road, constructed state polytechnic, State House of Assembly, State High court, Phase 3 State Secretiriate among others.

Forget about the unexplained N18billion loan, N20 billion Paris club refund, N14billion bailout,N50billion Anchor borrowers, local government funds, among others,  I don't know what Kebbi people will remember the present APC Governor (2015-2023) similar to his predecessor mentioned above.

These made KEBBI PEOPLE ANGRY With APC and expressed such ANGER at the pools.

ABUBAKAR MALAMI,SAN, CON: THE OXYGEN OF APC IN KEBBI

One would like to know why APC was able to win some seats and scored reasonable votes in February, 25th, 2023 presidential election despite the above series of blunders and woeful failure.

The answer to this question is simple.

The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Dr. Abubakar Malami SAN, CON, is the OXYGEN aiding KEBBI APC currently laying in ICU from ultimate death on the following ground:

- When KEBBI COMMUNITY Complained of portable drinking water, MALAMI used his personal resources and constructed more than 300 boreholes across 21 local government in the State. Beneficiaries of these humanitarian service generated that votes APC scored in the presidential election

- When KEBBI YOUTHS forwarded their complaint of unemployment to MALAMI, he immediately facilitated the engagement of about 1000 youths into various federal MDAs. These beneficiaries and their relatives formed the major votes APC got in the presidential election.

- When skilled and unskilled KEBBI YOUTHS complained of lacks of capital to start a Business, MALAMI intervened in facilitating the soft loan of N3 million to N10million each to more than 500 youths. Beneficiaries of these gestures also formed the votes APC scored in the presidential election

-When KEBBI PEOPLE accused their political elites of investing their resources outside the State, MALAMI resolved to invest in Kebbi State, he established schools, Rice mills, Guest House, Radio/TV stations etc where hundreds of youths were engaged into these investment. Beneficiaries of these gestures indeed formed the votes APC scored in the presidential election

-MALAMI's tremendous contributions in actualization of FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, ZURU, HYPPADEC etc makes thousands of people remain in APC and resolved to continue voting for APC. To mention but only few.

This means NO MALAMI, NO APC as per as Kebbi State is concerned. I stand to be challenged.

WHO IS TO BLAME FOR KEBBI  APC POOR PERFORMANCE IN FEBRUARY, 25 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION?.

Let the reader use his/her common sense, analyse the above submission and find out WHO's TO BLAME.

Notwithstanding, anyone blame Minister MALAMI such person must be suffering from BRAIN FAILURE and can be advise as a matter of urgency to consult EGYPTIAN TRAIN PSYCHIATRIC DOCTOR to examine his brain before he take the street naked.

...ON KAURAN GWANDU- 11 MARCH, 2023

When the Minister MALAMI gathered all his 700 supports groups at Safar conference hall Birnin Kebbi and ask them to remain and work for APC, KAURAN GWANDU was not at that meeting but Governor Bagudu was there, in fact the said support groups were officially handed over to him, but for reason best known to Governor he ignored them, at no time he invite them for a meeting or any political engagement.

Interestingly, KAURAN GWANDU invites and associates himself with these support groups in several occasions, I therefore begs the leaders and members of the Malami's 700 support groups to come out en masse on March 11 and vote for KAURAN ABDULLAHIN GWANDU. If SOMEBODY betrayed KHADIMIYYA families, I believe KAURA 'DATTIJO NE' he will never betrayed his Khadimiyyas brothers. In fact the Minister has publicly gave a marching order in favour of KAURA; thus all remain now is TOTAL COMPLIANCE come 11 March, 2023.
