Systems were strengthened, operations modernized, and morale restored—proving that excellence in public service is achievable.

His inclusive approach fostered unity across departments, empowering managers and staff to give their best. Under his watch, Equipment and Stores, like many other directorates,experienced renewed focus, support, and recognition, enabling us to deliver more efficiently in service of the Agency’s mandate.
