How Dan'majen Gwandu Rises NAMA'S Staff Morale High By Comprehensive Staff Welfare Reforms

Beside his official name and traditional titles; 'Mr. Welfare ' is the other name of Engineer Ahmed Umar Farouk, the Managing Director Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), according to Muhammad Isa a staff of NAMA.

No amount of reforms and technological innovation can be fully successful in any government Ministry, Department or Agency without staff welfare reforms, hence the decision of Engineer Ahmed Umar Farouk to implement far reaching welfare reforms in NAMA first of it's kind in the history of the Agency
These reforms include:

-Staff Children's Education Grant: N100,000 per child to be paid in October as strategy to alleviates financial burdens on staff

-payment of minimum wage arrears 

-Outfit Allowance; 7.5% of annual basic salary

-OJT (On the Job Training) N25,000 monthly for eligible staff

-Hazard Allowance: N15,000 monthly 

-Inducement Allowance: N10,000 monthly 

-Adninistrative allowance 

-Productivity Allowance

-Professional Allowance 
 to mention but only few 

These Dan'maje's staff welfare reforms increased workforce productivity and dedication. 
The reforms also sustained trust and confidence among staff and their morale are always as high as Russian Army.

"I can assured you, that Dan'majen Gwandu has done to his Staff what no MD in the history of NAMA ever done.." said Abubakar Chamucha, a childhood friend of Engineer Ahmed Umar Farouk.
