The Remi Tinubu Support Organisation (RETSO), Kebbi State Chapter, on Sunday paid a courtesy visit to the Tinubu Kauran Gwandu (TKG) Movement Office in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State, under the leadership of Hajiya Zainab Muhammad. The delegation, comprising women and youth leaders, was warmly received by the Chairman of the TKG Movement, Hon. Kabiru Labbo Jega (Ajiyan Jega), along with other members of the TKG leadership.
The visit was aimed at strengthening partnership and fostering collaboration between RETSO and the TKG Movement in advancing the social and developmental vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, as well as supporting the progressive agenda of Governor Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) in Kebbi State.
During the visit, Hajiya Zainab Muhammad commended the Founder and Promoter of the TKG Movement, Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar (Danmajen Gwandu/Gamjin Kabi), for his exemplary leadership, humility, and unwavering commitment to promoting unity, empowerment, and good governance across the state. She described Engr. Farouk as “a visionary leader whose passion for service and dedication to the welfare of the people embody the ideals of the Renewed Hope Agenda.”
She explained that the Remi Tinubu Support Organisation (RETSO) is a social and political movement established to promote the humanitarian and empowerment initiatives of Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, under the Renewed Hope Agenda, which focuses on women’s empowerment, youth development, and the welfare of vulnerable groups. In Kebbi State, RETSO works to mobilize grassroots support for these programmes, align with government social development goals, and strengthen community engagement.
Hajiya Zainab further noted that RETSO’s mission aligns closely with that of the TKG Movement, as both share the vision of empowering citizens, promoting unity, and supporting the developmental agenda of the Tinubu-led administration. She assured that RETSO would continue to work hand-in-hand with the TKG Movement to sustain progress and promote the values of good leadership and national cohesion.
Hon. Kabiru Labbo Jega (Ajiyan Jega), Chairman of the TKG Movement, expressed gratitude for the visit and praised RETSO for its dedication to advancing the humanitarian legacy of the First Lady. He acknowledged the organisation’s vital role in complementing government efforts toward empowering women and youth, describing their activities as “a strong reflection of commitment to service, compassion, and community development.”
He reaffirmed that the TKG Movement remained open to collaboration with all progressive-minded groups that share its ideals of loyalty, service, and unity under the All Progressives Congress (APC). Hon. Jega assured the RETSO delegation of the Movement’s full support in promoting initiatives that uplift the lives of women, youth, and vulnerable citizens across Kebbi State.
Hon. Jega emphasized that the doors of the TKG Movement would always remain open to all who share in its vision of collective progress, inclusion, and good governance. He commended RETSO’s leadership for their commitment and expressed optimism that the partnership between both movements would further strengthen social development, political harmony, and empowerment efforts across Kebbi State.
The visit concluded with mutual expressions of respect and renewed commitment to collaboration, as both organisations pledged to continue working together to promote the Renewed Hope Agenda and sustain the positive transformation of communities throughout the state.
