ATM Jega Chairman Warns Journalist Danbello Over False Report on Kebbi Governor

The Chairman of ATM Jega Kantin Sauki, Alhaji Ahmad Tijjani Musa Jega, has issued a strong warning to investigative journalist Danbello over what he described as false and misleading reports about Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Kauran Gwandu.

He cautioned the journalist to refrain from mixing journalism with politics or meddling in the affairs of the state governor, stressing that such actions are unprofessional and damaging to the credibility of the media.

Alhaji Ahmad Tijjani dismissed a Facebook post by Danbello on healthcare matters in Kebbi as entirely false. He explained that Governor Idris has invested greatly in improving hospitals, medical facilities, and healthcare delivery across the state.

He further stated that Danbello’s publication was aimed at discrediting the governor’s image before the public, adding that such misinformation would not succeed against the visible achievements of Governor Idri’s administration.
