Your Excellency Sir, having suggested names from Kebbi CENTRAL, here are suggested names from Kebbi NORTH.

Once again, the wisdom behind this open MEMO are republished as follows:

-Your Excellency Sir, if you decided to rely solely in party consideration to form your cabinet you may find it difficult to perform hence the need for mixture of TECHNOCRATS and FINE POLITICIANS and also listen to good advise from any angle visible and invisible.

-Your Excellency, it was through this style of open advice and memo, former Governor of Borno State and present Vice-president elect, *Sen. Kashim Shettima* recognized *Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum* picked him up, and Babagana deployed all his brain in Shettima's administration to the extent Shettima insisted Babagana must succeed him. Borno is now one of the best developing states in Nigeria, courtesy of *GOOD BRAINS.* I hope to see this replicate in Kebbi State. 

*-Governor Nasiru El-Rufai* also became successful by using carefully identified young technocrats and politicians, some are not even indigenous persons but people that have ventured into so many areas and facets in life with and recorded successes.

-President-elect, *H.E* *BOLA* *AHMED* *TINUBU* established Lagos State and his political career using GOOD BRAINS, a strategy worthy for emulation.

SUGGESTED NAMES FROM *7* LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OF KEBBI *NORTH* :

1- ARGUNGU LGA

i- USMAN ABUBAKAR GOTOMO : A trained journalist, talented entrepreneur, great farmer and productive politician. He is one of the brain behind the transformation of Public Relations as a profession in Nigeria. He also rains his brain in taking KHADIMIYYA Movement to a greater heights. GOTOMO would bring positive change if given an opportunity.

2- DANDI LGA: 

i- DR. MANSUR ISAH KAMBA. Dr. Mansur holds PhD in Accounting, he used his brain and established his business empire worth hundred millions of naira, he never work under government or enjoy any contracts patronage (HIS BRAIN IS HIS GOVERNMENT); until recently when he was appointed SA to the executive Governor, Kebbi State. Dr. Mansur use his resources and touched thousands of lives in Arewa and Dandi enclave; he established a school in Kamba were hundreds of students are been train free of charge, provides borehole, drugs, JAMB forms to numerous communities, he sponsor the training of more than 1,000 youths and women in various skills. He contested for House of Representatives in 2019 and 2023; in all he withdrawn in obedience to APC decision. DANDI PEOPLE ARE HOPEFUL to see KAURAN GWANDU'S GOVERNMENT appreciate Dr. Mansur's obedience and unprecedented contributions to his community with appointment.

3- AREWA LGA:

i- ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR GARBA ABDULLAHI KANGIWA : Prof. Garba Abdullahi Kangiwa is currently the HOD, Department of Sociology, Federal University, Birnin Kebbi. He single handedly facilitated the engagement of more than 100 youths into many Federal Government Ministries, Department and Agencies when he served at Federal Character Commission. He is a man with interest of youth development, he is currently working in collaboration with Argungu Emirate to publish a book to promote tourism in Kebbi State, especially Argungu fishing festival. Prof. Kangiwa as head of ministry in charge of tourism if given an opportunity can lead Kebbi State to financially self sufficient InshaAllah.

4- AUGIE LGA

 HON. AISHA AUGIE : Aisha is one of the talented woman of Kebbi State origin. She served as SSA to outgoing Governor Bagudu before exalted to the office of Hon. Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmad also as Special Adviser. Despite coming from highly wealthy family, Aisha solely relies on her talent to established her self. The likes of Aisha in any government is a welcome development. 

5-SURU LGA 

i- HON . UMAR ALTINE SURU (DAN FARI); Hon. Danfari is a creative politician full of creative ideas, he is brain behind many support groups that see the success of reelection of both former Governor Sa'idu Dakingari and outgoing Governor Bagudu. He is currently Member Kebbi State House of Assembly, representing Suru local government, he would be a good cabinet member if given a chance.

ii- IBRAHIM ABUBAKAR JOMBALI : He is big idea initiator, he initiate many ideas that ease the operation of Khadimiyya movement . Once he is given an opportunity he will initiate an idea that will elevate Kebbi to higher level. 

6-BAGUDO LGA

i -HON . MUHAMMAD SAMAILA BAMBU : Hon. Sama'ila is dedicated politician who always delivered when ever given a responsibility. Inclusion of dedicated people like Hon. Muhammad Sama'ila in any government at all level is recommendable.

ii -HON . BELLO ABDULLAHI KA'OJE 

Hon. Bello Ka'oje is presently the Vice Chairman, Bagudu local government, when talking of grass roots politics, community and humanity services Hon. Bello Ka'oje's name must be written boldly in gold. He assist his community in all ramifications. He would be a good cabinet member if given opportunity.

Your Excellency, I have no hesitation that if given opportunity, these people can contribute to make Kebbi Great.

They are well educated and full of experience ready to perform when ever given an opportunity.
