Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar Reaffirms Support for Tinubu and Governor Idris at Kebbi APC Stakeholders Meeting and Tinubu Kaura 2x Inauguration
Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar, FNSE, MCOREN, NPOM, Managing Director of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), and a prominent son of Kebbi State, attended the All Progressives Congress (APC) Stakeholders Meeting and the inauguration of the Tinubu Kaura 2X Continuity Movement held at the Presidential Lodge in Birnin Kebbi. The event brought together key political figures and stakeholders from across Kebbi State to discuss the party's progress and strategies ahead of the 2027 elections.
In his remarks, Engr. Farouk commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his unwavering commitment to national development, particularly in the North West region. He highlighted the President's initiatives in infrastructure, security, and economic reforms, which have positively impacted Kebbi State. Engr. Farouk specifically praised the establishment of the North West Development Commission and the President's strategic decision to merge regional development ministries, a move he believes will enhance coordinated growth across all regions of the country.
Engr. Farouk also lauded Governor Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) for his effective governance and leadership within the APC. He acknowledged the Governor's role in fostering unity and progress in Kebbi State, citing numerous developmental projects and initiatives that have improved the lives of the citizens.
Furthermore, Engr. Farouk expressed confidence that the North West region will rally behind President Tinubu and Governor Idris in the 2027 elections, emphasizing that there is "no vacancy" in Aso Rock and the Kebbi State Government House. He urged party members and stakeholders to remain united and focused on the party's goals to ensure continued progress and development in the region.
