HON.HALIMA HASSAN TUKUR YAURI DONATES SALLAH CLOTHES TO 103 ORPHANS IN YAURI

Former Two-Times member Federal House of Representatives representing, Yauri/Shanga and Ngaski federal constituency and currently SSA to Executive Governor, Kebbi State, Hon. Halima Hassan Tukur Yauri (Jaruman Mai Martaba Sarkin Yauri) maitained her decades tradition of putting smile to the face of orphans.

Having organized a special break fast for more than 100 orphans, she also provided each with a befitting Sallah clothes.

Hon. Halima has been into this practice for many years hence the decision of the beneficiaries to regard her as their mother.

 Hon. Halima's philanthropic efforts have made a significant impact in Yauri town, make many to adopt her as mother and role model.

She has been involved in various community development projects especially when she served as member Federal House of Representatives when she single handedly facilitated power step down project worth more than N1billion naira which resulted in stable power supply in Yauri Emirate and neighbouring community such as Kontagora and Zuru Emirate.

 She also established  Baha Skills Acquisition Center in Yauri, which provides training in various skills such as rice and groundnut processing, fish drying, and tailoring among others.
