Finding by Kebbi-Trust about the Man, His Excellency Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) the incumbent Executive Governor of Kebbi State revealed that, he  is naturally generous and extra ordinary Philanthropist

Even before he ventured into politics his generosity is well known in nooks and crannies of Kebbi State.

His generosity journey began when he served as A Treasurer for National Union of Teachers (NUT), when the name 'NASIRU NUT' became a household name in Kebbi State.

He became a hotcake among individuals, groups and associations wish to hold an event; everyone want have him as CHIEF LAUNCHER because the more he accepts to launch an event the more millions of naira floods. 

GOD'S WORD WORKED PERFECTLY ON GOVERNOR IDRIS

In many verses of the holy Qur'an, the Almighty Allah promise to multiply the earning of any human being with human face devoted himself in generosity and charity.

 Right from the beginning as Kauran Gwandu devoted himself in generosity, the Almighty Allah increased his earnings by elevating him from National Treasurer to NATIONAL CHAIRMAN of NUT.

Still Kaura maintain the tempo kept dashing money to people; so the Almighty Allah further increases his earning from National Chairman of NUT where he dealt with few millions of naira to his present position of elected Executive, Governor of Kebbi State where he is dealing with Multi Billions Naira.

Should Kauran Gwandu continue with this his known generosity it might not be surprised to once again see him on another position above Governorship; it is Allah's promise, and it is working practically, favourably and perfectly on him.

THE SECRET BEHIND KAURA'S GENEROSITY JOURNEY

It's said and also believed that behind any successful man there is a woman.

Finding by Kebbi-Trust revealed that Kauran Gwandu was blessed with a very generous wife, highly educated in Islamic knowledge which encourage generosity and she put such religious knowledge into practice.

Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris, the first wife of Governor Idris is believe to be as generous as Kauran Gwandu if not more than him.

She is one of the secret behind the generosity behavior of His Excellency as she always advised and encourages him to assist the people, in most case as reported she supports her advice with quotation from the holy Qur'an and Hadith( the words of holy prophet Muhammad S.A.W) to convince His Excellency to give out money to people.

THE RAINS OF APPROVALS OF THURSDAY 21/03/2024.

On early hours of Thursday 21/03/2024, Kebbi State people honour the invitation of His Excellency for only one activity which is flags off of the distribution assorted grains..

But surprisingly, after announcing approval of disbursement of rice and assorted grains worth billions of naira which is fundamental reasons for the gathering, Kebbi people also take home the following Approvals:

- Approves prompt payment of March salary. Governor Idris seized accassion and announced the approval of payment for March salary right on 21st of the month.

-Approves payment of workers annual leave grant: He also on the spot announced the approval for the payment of annual leave grant right on March instead of December.

- Approves payment of gratuity to retired/death workers within a month: His Excellency also announced the approval of instant settlement of gratuity to retired workers and dead benefits to the family of dead worker.

- Approves payment of scholarship worth hundreds millions of naira: Kaura also announced the approval of payment of scholarship for Kebbi State Indigene students studying at various tertiary institutions nation wide.

-Approves payment of NECO and WAEC Fee worth N968million: He also announced the payment of  N968million for Kebbi State final year students at all Government owned Secondary schools.

Kauran Gwandu equally approves disbursement of 960 pieces of Royal Attires (Babban Riga) to 4 Emirs in the State, a day before Thursday wonders.

Hence the decision of many Kebbians to nicknamed their Governor; ' *Mr. Approver'.* 

DO GOVERNOR IDRIS'S APPROVALS HAVE ANY IMPACT ON THE LIVES OF KEBBI PEOPLE?

This question is very important because approvals without commensurated result is useless.

In a special engagement with BBC Hausa service sometimes last year titled " Ciki Da Gaskiya" Governor Idris made it vividly clear to the world that when ever he gives an approval such approval must be carried out to the logical conclusion.

Governor Idris matched his words with action, on several instances he paid unscheduled and unannounced visit to the work sites as a strategy to

ensure a total compliance with terms of reference attached to his approval.

Thus, answer to the above question is YES; His Excellency's incessant approvals impacted positively on people's lives.

 

DO KEBBI PEOPLE APPROVES HIS EXCELLENCY'S APPROVALS?

Below are the views of some Kebbi People On His Excellency's incessant Approvals.

  "His Excellency Dr.Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu) was elected to touch people's lives and that is exactly what he is doing; nothing wrong in spending Kebbi's resources on Kebbi people. If he didn't approve how can he perform?. His timely approval of government business is not only appreciable but also commendable and we commended him for a job well done"

2- Hon. Buhari Ali Usman Gwandu (Shettiman Garin Gwandu) SSA, International Donor Agencies:

 " I 100% concur with His Excellency that nothing wrong in spending Kebbi resources on its People. Does critics want him to pocket the money or spend it on Sokoto or Zamfara people, what is wrong with some people?...His Excellency's incessant Approvals is a very well come development"

3- Aliyu Abubakar Birnin Kebbi ( Kebbi-AGILE Coordinator):

 "  His Excellency should not waste his valuable time listening to those confused undesirable elements, I don't know how can a Governor execute government policies and programmes without approval we really commend and appreciate him for his timely approvals of both recurrent and capital projects"

" As business women we make big sell when such kind of approval are granted, been it salary, leave grant etc, beneficiaries rush to us here in the market to patronize our products. I hope Kauran Gwandu will continue releasing the money as usual.

6- Na'Allah Tanko ( A peasant farmer):

" Any one in his mentality who thinks that approving money to workers or contractors is wrong, let him contest for the seat of Governors and reverse the approvals done by Kauran Gwandu ...to me Kauran Gwandu is doing the right thing."

7- Mammam Garba( Kabu-kabu rider):

" Human being are very controversial; we complain against last  administration of Atiku Bagudu for reluctant in granting approvals: now the new administration of Kauran Gwandu is very past in approving yet we are complaining, I don't see anything wrong with Kauran Gwandu's decision of releasing money for salary and other developmental projects"

Thus, from the foregoing, it is obvious that Kebbi people approved Governor Idris's incessant approvals.
