BEFORE THE EMERGENCE OF CABINET MEMBERS:.     THE TRUE STORY OF DANDI APC HIS EXCELLENCY DR. NASIRU IDRIS (KAURAN GWANDU) MUST KNOW

Dandi local government with headquarter in Kamba is one of the local governments where APC never imagine to win any seat ahead of 2023 general election, on the ground that about 80% of Dandi major political titans the likes of Alhaji Kabiru Kamba (Kabiru Arne), former speaker, Hon. Ibrahim Bawa Kamba, Hon. Abdullahi Zimbo, Hon. Garba Dila Kamba and host of others decamped to PDP and budgeted hundreds millions of naira for such campaign engineering. Astonishingly, at the end of election APC won all the seats contested with a resounding majority.

HOW APC DISLODGED THE POWERFUL DANDI PDP AND WON THE ELECTION? 

The Almighty Allah make it possible..; the following 4 blocs united and  successfully executed a perfect TEAM WORK,  the said 4 blocs are:

1- Hon. Garba Rabi'u Kamba

2- Hon. Abdulsalam Jibril Kamba

3- Dr. Mansur Isah Kamba

4- 9 wards movement

These people united and confronted the PDP titans and successfully crushed them.

HOW EACH BLOC HANDSOMELY COMPENSATED? 

1- Hon. Garba Rabi'u Kamba is PRESENTLY the elected member Federal House of Representatives; well COMPENSATED.

2- Hon. Abdulsalam Jibril is PRESENTLY the elected chairman, Dandi local government; well COMPENSATED. 

3-9 Wards movement are the councils ward outside Kamba, Dandi has 11 wards, 2 wards are located in the city of Kamba they are MAHAUSAWA Ward and KAMBA KAMBA Ward, this 2 wards alone constitute majority votes in Dandi. In other words the votes in Kamba alone are more than those in 9 wards.

These 9 wards outside Kamba came together and formed 9 wards movement, they were well COMPENSATED as follows:

  i- They nominated the Hon. Member, Kebbi State House of Assembly representing Dandi local government, in person of Hon. Sulaiman Fana

  ii- They were given the seat of Education Secretary, in person of Malam Atiku Kwakkwaba

   iii- They were given a seat of SSA to the Executive Governor in person of Bashar Idris Banizumbu

    iv. They were given the seat of APC chairman in person of Lawali Kyangakwai as well as APC vice chairman are all from 9 wards bloc

v- The seat of National Deligate was also given to the 9 wards

vi- local government vice chairman and youth leader were all from the 9 wards the counting continue.

Thus, for 9 wards to agitate for the post of COMMISSIONER is not only a greedy but unacceptable.

4- Dr. Mansur Isah Camp; as it stand now is only bloc not attended to, hence the call for his appointment as COMMISSIONER representing Dandi for unity in Dandi APC.

THE UNPRECEDENTED CONTRIBUTIONS AND LOYALTY OF DR.MANSUR ISAH TO DANDI APC

1- In 2019 he contested for member Federal House of Representatives, having spent millions of naira and rigorous campaign he was asked to withdraw, out of OBIDIANCE to the party leadership he comply with and collapsed his structure and campaign materials to the party accordingly.

2- In 2023 he also contested for the same House of Representatives, still he was asked to withdraw and CONTEST FOR STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY, he obeyed, still he was asked to withdraw for 9 wards candidate OUT OF OBIDIANCE he withdrawn accordingly.

3- He collapsed his structure  AND BOUGHT NEW VEHICLES in addition to other campaign materials such as wrappers, food items among others and donated it to Dandi APC a strategy perfectly contributed to Dandi APC Victory in 2023.

POLITICS ASIDE:     DR. MANSUR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE PROGRESS OF DANDI AND ITS PEOPLE.

Set aside politics, none of those noise makers can match Dr. Mansur Isah Kamba when talking of contributions to the community, if is there anyone let him prove it, as I proved Mansur's contributions to Dandi community as follows:

1- People Empowerment: 

Dr. Mansur through his foundation, MANSUR ISAH FOUNDATION used his personal resources to sponsor the training of more than 1,000 youth and women in Dandi and Arewa Local Government.

2- Education:

Dr. Mansur used his personal resources to build school worth N8 Million and take charge for the payment of the school teachers salary as well.

He distributed educational materials worth millions of naira and distributed more than 500 JAMB forms free of charge.

3- Portable drinking water:

Dr. Mansur used his personal resources to drill boreholes to numerous communities

4- Drugs:

Dr. Mansur distributed drugs and mosquito nets to many communities in Dandi local government to mention but only a few.

In view of the above, any mistake of skipping DOCTOR for the position of Commissioner is against the NATURAL JUSTICE, EQUITY, FAIRNESS AND GOOD CONSCIOUS and it WILL DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM COMMUNITY SERVICES before venturing into politics.

I challenge any one vying for commissionership from Dandi local government to disprove me and prove why HE OR HIS CANDIDATE is more qualified than  Dr. Mansur Isah Kamba, PhD, M.Sc, MCFE, CNA, B.Sc, HND, ADA, OND, ND, DDP &IT.

Consequently, right thinking Dandi APC supporters beg  His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nasiru Idris ( Kauran Gwandu) to use his usual good sense of judgement and do the needful so that Dr. Mansur camp will feel sense of belonging and move on.

This simple act of justice will make DANDI APC single and indivisible families and enable the party to continue given the PDP a bloody nose in the future elections.
