You have consistently demonstrated the virtues of the true Sardauna-- courage, wisdom,generosity, and service to the people.

The honor from Dossou emirate in Niger Republic not only celebrates your person, but also strengthens the historic bonds of brotherhood, culture, and unity between Kebbi State and our neighbors in the Republic of Niger. It is a recognition that your impact as Kauran Gwandu and Gwarzon Daular Usmaniyya now resonates far beyond our emirate, state and our Country.
