Tinubu-Kaura Support Group Honors Dan'majen Gwandu

Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar (Danmajen Gwandu), MD NAMA and Founder of TKG, Honoured as Patron of Tinubu Kauran Gwandu Voice of Kebbi State Youth

The Founder and Promoter of the Tinubu Kauran Gwandu (TKG) Movement and Managing Director of NAMA, Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar (Danmajen Gwandu / Gamjin Kabi), has been honoured with an award as the Patron of Tinubu Kauran Gwandu Voice of Kebbi State Youth in recognition of his outstanding leadership, service, and commitment to youth empowerment and political development.

The award was presented during a courtesy visit by the leadership of the Tinubu Kauran Gwandu Voice of Kebbi State Youth to the TKG Headquarters in Birnin Kebbi following the return of Engr. Farouk to the state.

The visiting delegation, led by Chairman Yushau Muhammad Nataala, alongside Secretary Yusuf Buzu and other members, said the visit was aimed at reaffirming their support for the TKG Movement and its mission of promoting the progressive ideologies and achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, the Executive Governor of Kebbi State.

In his address, the Chairman described Engr. Farouk as a workaholic, supportive, and result-driven political figure whose contributions to the state and nation have earned him admiration and respect. He noted that the group shares the same vision and mission as TKG, adding that their decision to honour him as Patron was a recognition of his tireless efforts and leadership role in advancing youth and political inclusion across Kebbi State and beyond.

He further appealed to President Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris to continue working closely with patriotic figures like Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar, noting that “his work speaks louder than words.” The Chairman recalled that within just two weeks of TKG’s relaunch — following the official unveiling by APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda — the movement’s voice has resonated strongly across Kebbi State, the North-West region, and the country at large.

Responding, the Chairman of TKG, Hon. Kabiru Labbo Jega (Ajiyan Jega), commended the youth group for their show of solidarity and partnership, assuring them of continuous collaboration. He reaffirmed that TKG remains open to all individuals and groups who share the same progressive ideals and thanked them for their recognition of the movement’s founder.

In his remarks, Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar (Danmajen Gwandu / Gamjin Kabi) expressed appreciation to the youths for the honour and described their gesture as an encouragement to continue working toward unity, progress, and political awareness.

“The youths are the future leaders of tomorrow. With the right guidance, their energy and vision will continue to shape a greater future for Kebbi State and Nigeria at large,” Engr. Farouk stated.

He urged Nigerian youths to remain steadfast in promoting good governance and in supporting the policies and leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and Governor Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, assuring them of his continuous support and mentorship.

The visit ended with group photographs and expressions of renewed commitment to the shared vision of development and service to the people of Kebbi State.
