Dan'majen Gwandu Congratulates New APC Chairman

SAYS HIS LEADERSHIP COMES AT A CRUCIAL TIME, REAFFIRMS TRUST IN TINUBU AND KAURAN GWANDU AHEAD OF 2027

Engr. Farouk Ahmed Umar, also known as Danmajen Gwandu and Gamjin Kabi, has congratulated Professor Nentawe Yilwatda on his emergence as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing it as a timely and strategic development for the party.

Engr. Farouk said Yilwatda’s leadership comes at a defining moment when the APC needs focus, unity, and clear direction as it prepares for the 2027 general elections. While acknowledging that Professor Yilwatda's has the experience and the capacity to unite and lead. His track record speaks for itself. 

We believe he will reposition the party and strengthen its presence across the country, as the promoter of the Tinubu Kauran Gwandu (TKG) initiative, Engr. Farouk emphasized the group’s mission to engage citizens, create awareness, and promote the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and Governor Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu). He noted that both leaders have shown firm commitment to development, inclusion, and good governance.

Also noted that, our role through TKG is to tell the real story-of progress, impact, and leadership. President Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris are working. Their results are visible in infrastructure, reforms, and people-focused policies.

He stressed that the TKG platform is helping bridge the gap between government and the public by highlighting progress and policies that matter to ordinary Nigerians.

The TKG Promoter also commended the resolutions of the 14th APC National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held at the State House, Abuja, including the extension of the party executives’ tenure until December 2025. He welcomed the renewed focus on grassroots mobilization as a necessary step for stronger public engagement under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

The APC is rebuilding stronger from the ground up. With Professor Yilwatda’s leadership, President Tinubu’s vision, and Kauran Gwandu’s grassroots strength, we are on the right path. We’re confident that APC will triumph again in 2027—quietly, decisively, and without distraction.
