THE DANGER OF ELECTING UNPREPARED GOVERNOR AND HOW TO AVERT SUCH DANGER.

From numerous responses I received since the time I began this article series, I discovered a plot by some selfish politicians in Kebbi State best described  as 'power mongers', who want to turned Kebbi State into family business.

They don't mind one's preparedness to be a Governor, their main concern is ability to remote control such person. 

They don't care about his agenda for Kebbi project, what matters to them is his allegiance to dance to their tune. That is why they are planning to endorse and support a candidate few months  to election against a person who had well prepared for the job many years back.

 The outcome of this unpatriotic plan if succeeded  is destructive, hence my decision to once again suspend ZONING DEBATE to alert Kebbians so as to avert this dangerous threat.

WHO IS UNPREPARED GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANT?

An unprepared governorship aspirant is someone impose to people few months to election. He who has no any blue-print meant for the development of the state but the development of those that endorsed him at the disadvantage of the millions of the state masses.

WHO IS A PREPARED GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANT?

A prepared governorship aspirant is someone who has visible and viable blue-print for the development of the state, he is also the one whom for years planning, consulting and engaging people into numerous economic activities; using his personal resource implementing some contents of his blue-print at advantage of the masses of the state.

WHO BENEFITS FROM UNPREPARED GOVERNOR'S ADMINISTRATION

Using your fingers, you can count the number of beneficiaries of unprepared governor against the well being of millions masses of the state. They sponsor his campaign's expenses and lay ambush to state resource when elected for their personal use.

WHO BENEFITS FROM WELL PREPARED GOVERNOR.

Millions of the state masses benefit immensely from the administration of a prepared governor, because the state resources would be judiciously utilized for the benefit of all.

WHAT ARE THE DANGER OF ELECTING UNPREPARED GOVERNOR?

Without mincing of words, electing an unprepared Governor is an:

i- extension of poverty  and hunger in the state;

 ii- continued falling standard of education;

iii- continued infrastructural decay;

iv- continued divisive politics;

v- continued appointments of incompetent people to high sensitive position;

vi- And above all continued stealing of public funds with impunity.

To sum it up; unprepared governor help KILL THE STATE to it's grave.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ELECTING A WELL PREPARED GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANT.

The  benefits  of electing a prepared governorship aspirant is direct opposite of the unprepared governorship aspirant highlighted above. Thus, electing a prepared governorship aspirant brings the following benefits;

1- A prepared governor can alleviate or eradicate poverty and create wealth.

2- A prepared governor can improve the standard of education to any desired level

3-A prepared governor can beautify the state with different architectural infrastructure.

4- A prepared governor of Kebbi state can unify the state and make it answer it legend name; LAND OF EQUITY.

5-A prepared governor use right caliber of people in implementing government policies.

6-A prepared governor can ruthlessly fight corruption to it's knees. 

These are some of the great impact of a prepared governor!.

HOW TO IDENTIFY A WELL PREPARED GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANT? 

A well prepared governorship aspirant can easily be identified by the following ANTECEDENT and PASSIONS;

1-  POLITICAL PROFILE.

The longer time a particular aspirant spent planning and canvassing for vote to become a governor explained how prepared he is. For instance, an aspirant in the race since 2015 cannot be compared with an aspirant emerges few months to election in terms on preparedness.

2- PASSION FOR UNITY.

All those parading themselves as governorship aspirants non of them show passion for unity, in fact some of them even want capitalize on emiratism to worsen the situation.

 But in each and every sallah festival Minister Abubakar Malami goes round the four emirates of the state to pay Sallah homage to all the state four emirs, stakeholders as well as masses of these four emirates. Taking note of their needs at same time and give them 'Barka da Sallah'. While, minister Abubakar Malami is busy on this unity mission, other aspirants were in Dubai shopping with their wives, simply because they are unprepared aspirants.

2- PASSION FOR POVERTY ERADICATION OR JOB CREATION

While some aspirants could not  set up a common PHOTOCOPY-BUSSINESS CENTER in Kebbi State to engage unemployed youth.

Malami's passion for wealth creation make him to invest immensely in Kebbi State as strategy to alleviate poverty. 

Malami facilitated the engagement of hundreds youths into civil and public service, other aspirants failed to do so even to their immediate family members. Likewise, Malami create hundreds of young millionaires through soft loan to mention but few.  (Wanda yace zai baka riga, dubi ta wuyar sa:  Dantakaran da yace zai yaki talauci ko samar da ayyuka sai ya fadi abinda yayi wanda yafi wanda Malami ya yi).

3-PASSION FOR INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT

None of the Kebbi governorship aspirants shows commitment in this all important sector, but Malami's  passion for beautifying the state capital make him use his personal resource to start erecting such architectural designed infrastructure in the state capital. 

  Get a visitor from any where in Nigeria, you can take him to AZBIR multi-purpose arena for entertainment, refreshments and recreation 24/7.   Some aspirants could not even set up a TABLE-TENNIS COURT in the state capital simply because they are not prepared.( Wanda yace zai baka riga dubi ta wuyar sa; Dan takaran da yace zai kawata Babban birnin Jaha sai ya gwadi abinda yayi wanda yafi wanda Malami ya yi).

4- PASSION FOR EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

I am not aware of any contribution from the so-called governorship aspirants in educational sector.

 

Malami's passion on this important sector make him to established a world class College; Rayhaan Academy. 

A world class University; RAYHAAN UNIVERSITY is on the pipeline. Other aspirants could not even establish a Nursery school because they have no interest in education. ( Wanda yace zai baka riga dubi ta wuyar sa: Dantakaran da yace zai ba ilimi muhinmanci sai ya fadi abinda yayi wanda yafi wanda Malami ya yi).

5- PASSION FOR PUBLIC ENLIGHTENMENT FOR PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE

None of the Kebbi governorship aspirants show any passion on public enlightenment for peaceful society.

  Malami's passion for a well informed citizens for peace and harmony make him to established a radio station; RAYHAAN RADIO FM. He also empowered  a federal government owned radio station EQUITY FM with standby MIKANO generator for uninterrupted enlightenment programmes, he also reinforced NTA-KEBBI with a mobility vehicle. Some aspirants could not even set up INTERNET CAFE in the state capital simply because they are not prepared. 

6-PASSION FOR WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

None of the governorship aspirants in Kebbi State shown genuine passion for women empowerment.

Malami's passion for women empowerment make him to established a specialized NGO purposely for women welferism; MALAMI WOMEN  SUPPORT INITIATIVE (MAWOSI). He follow it up with appointment of Hon. Halima Hassan Tukur Yelwa; a woman of higher repute, a well experienced in global humanitarian services. The first woman in Kebbi history to clinch House of Representatives seat  2-times, to coordinate the NGO. This is addition to two other specialized women base NGOs run by his two wives; AISHA ABUBAKAR MALAMI CENTER FOR WOMEN EMPOWERMENT Founded by Hajiya Aisha Abubakar Malami and AL-IMAN CHARITY FOUNDATION Founded by Hajiya Fatima Abubakar Malami. So far these Malami's supported NGOs has empowered thousands of women across the state.

   Other aspirants only empowered their wives because they are unprepared aspirants.

7- PASSION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

The only passion for youth development from the other aspirants is providing them with SMART PHONES and DATA for propaganda.

Malami's passion for youth Development makes him support many specialized youth base NGOs; Khadimiyya movement, Khadi Malami Foundation, Malami Pressure Group, Malami Drum-Beats etc. A good example is the Khadimiyya's training of hundreds of youth that qualified them to access soft loan worth millions of Naira. 

  Other aspirants use youth only for thuggery and social media propaganda because they are unprepared.

HOW TO AVERT DANGER OF UNPREPARED GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANT?

1- Set aside sentiment

2- Set aside EMIRATESIM

3-Set aside hear say

4- Set aside any negative misconception and

USE YOUR COMMON SENSE BASE ON THE ABOVE HIGHLIGHTED FACTS, FIGURES AND DECIDE WHO IS A PREPARED CANDIDATE AND VOTE FOR HIM AND SEE RESULTS.

Two options now left for Kebbians;

1- To decide for themselves a candidate well prepared for the job and witness for the first time in their lives an industrial Kebbi with abundance choice of job opportunities. 

            Or

2- To enslave themselves by voting an imposed unprepared  candidate and continue to wallow in abject poverty and hunger.
